Denis Mulholland is a retired Army officer, former pension adviser with the Forces Pension Society and the Managing Director of Denis Mulholland Financial Solutions Ltd, Associate Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management. As a regulated Financial Adviser, he is in a unique position to offer help to public service personnel, understanding the public service pension schemes whilst also providing holistic wealth management advice.

Jamie has been in the financial services business for over 23 years. In that time he has gained a large amount of experience in dealing with personal finances working as a Bank Manager, Mortgage Adviser and for 8 years as a financial adviser. He has a skill in analysing peoples financial situations and thinking outside the box to provide solutions. Jamie believes in getting to know his client. That means what they want to achieve in life both personally and financially. He then Provides the financial advice from the information gathered to form a plan. The plan then needs to be reviewed regularly to ensure his client remains on track.

John giblin

John served 32 years as a police officer, having joined the service in July 1982 and retiring in June 2014. He served the first 5 years in Greater Manchester Police, in uniform and CID, before transferring to the Gwent Constabulary and the country of his birth. He was promoted sergeant in 1989, serving in various operational capacities within the force and Home Office District Police Training Centres. The last 12 years of his service were spent on the Police Federation of England and Wales National Joint Central Committee. He held various secretarial and chairman roles on a number of sub-committees during that time and was for the last 6 years chairman of the Sergeant's Central Committee of England and Wales.

TIM PACKHAM

Tim served 30 years as a police officer, having joined Kent Police in April 1990, and retired in April 2020. He served, in uniform, mainly Traffic related duties, prior to his promotion to Sergeant in 2004 where he served in various operational roles within the force and became a local federation representative. He was promoted to Inspector in 2009, again in a variety of operational roles before becoming the Treasurer for Kent Police Federation in 2013. He joined the Interim National Board of the Police Federation of England and Wales in 2015 where he held various roles on several sub-committees. He was the Secretary of the Inspectors’ Central Committee until it was superseded by the National Board. He was elected as the National Treasurer in 2018. Since his retirement Tim has been keen to assist former colleagues by arranging and delivering pre-retirement seminars for both police officers and police staff.
